Clinical care, physical recalibration, nutritional architecture, and grief support — delivered by the same practitioner, every time, in your space.
Hofta.Care is a private, one-on-one care service that comes to you — in your home — with the clinical skill, the movement support, the nutritional structure, and the human presence to help you function better every day.
There is no rotating staff. No agency dispatch. No facility involvement. You hire Ti directly. She learns your patterns, adjusts in real time, and shows up as the same consistent, integrated presence every visit.
Most care is fragmented — a nurse for one thing, a PT for another, a companion for a third. Hofta.Care holds all of it in one relationship.
A fiduciary-aligned health steward responsible for the execution, integration, and protection of an individual's total health ecosystem — in real time, in their home.
Not a nurse on a shift. Not an advisor on a call. A sovereign presence that holds the whole.
"I am a Private Health Trustee. I don't provide shifts — I provide a sustained relationship with every dimension of your loved one's health. Body. Movement. Nutrition. Grief. All of it, held by one person, in your home."
Ti · Private Health Trustee · Hofta.CareNo intake forms. No agency middlemen. A direct conversation to confirm fit — then care begins.
Rates are quoted after a brief private conversation. All services billed directly to client or family — no insurance billing, no agency fees.
Ti is a Private Health Trustee — a holistic practitioner, root worker, herbalist, midwife, birth doula, and death doula with 40 years of integrated practice. She governs the complete health ecosystem of her client — body, movement, nutrition, grief, environment, and spirit — as a singular, sovereign presence.
Her formation spans Yale New Haven Hospital, where she trained across pediatrics, oncology, and gynecology, and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, where she holds graduate certificates in Maternal and Child Health and Epidemiology and Biostatistics. She coordinated the NIH-funded ALIVE Study at Hopkins for nine years and the $14 million EARLI Study at Hopkins and Kennedy Krieger Institute. That research precision informs how she reads a body, a home, and a family system — pattern recognition that no checklist can replicate.
She is a Kemetic Yoga instructor since 2002, rooted in the oldest documented movement system on earth. A massage therapist trained at the Connecticut School of Massage in 1998. A midwife, birth doula and death doula — present at both thresholds of human life. A fire cupping practitioner. A root worker and herbalist whose plant medicine protocols address what pharmaceutical models miss. An ordained minister holding grief, loss, and spiritual transition as primary medicine.
She served as a court-appointed youth advocate across Maryland's juvenile justice and child welfare systems from 2012 to 2020. She is a B-girl, visual artist, community choreographer, and stage performer — 40 years in the culture.
She has been present at the first breath and the last. She has never separated the body from the land, the clinical from the ancestral, or the science from the sacred.
Hofta.Care is the formal structure of a practice that has been operating — in homes, at thresholds, in community — for four decades.
